The Role

This is a varied role, To assist the Gym Manager in overseeing a successful 8x week pre-open and 4x week post open sales performance:

  • Support the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners through different activities, including club outreach and community events.
  • Social Media campaign planning and execution
  • Engaging with businesses to secure wellness events
  • Support in completion of GANTT tasks in install week & supporting the fit out of gym post PC
  • Knowing who the clubs competitors are and understand what they are offering at all times to ensure the club can react and gain a competitive edge locally.
  • Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through a constant focus on service and standards, post open and bring a buddy focus to drive memberships or membership upgrades to Plus.
  • Post Opening - operational duties to cover GEX classes, opening and closing of the gym.
  • 4 weeks post open to be accountable for driving sales and member engagement within the club.
  • Deputise for the Gym Manager when needed.
  • As the
