- Develop messaging frameworks and hierarchies for campaigns and brand communications.
- Create copywriting toolkits, training, and guidelines to empower teams across the business.
- Collaborate with designers, motion artists, marketers, and stakeholders to develop integrated creative concepts.
- Ensure all copy is on brief, on brand, and delivers against business and creative objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with copy and content trends, proactively bringing fresh ideas into the studio.
- Contribute to the creative process from ideation through to execution, supporting the development of campaign ideas and brand storytelling.

- A portfolio showcasing conceptual campaign copy, short and long-form writing, and examples across multiple media and channels.
- Experience shaping and owning a brand’s tone of voice, including creating guidelines, training, and tools for others.
- Proven ability to develop messaging frameworks and hierarchies that support brand and campaign objectives.
