As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will foster a positive and motivating work environment, provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff to enhance their skills and career growth, and manage and improve the group exercise (GEX) offering within the gym. You will play a key part in creating a great place to work – and workout – for both your team and gym members, supporting the Gym Manager in leading a team of fitness professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to the growth and retention of our membership base.
