Role Overview:
This varied role supports the Gym Manager in delivering successful pre‑opening (8x per week) and post‑opening (4x per week) sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Gym Manager in attracting new joiners through club outreach and community events.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Engage with businesses to secure wellness events.
- Support the completion of GANTT tasks during install week and support the fit‑out of the gym post‑PC.
- Maintain knowledge of club competitors and their offerings to enable competitive positioning.
- Deliver an excellent member experience through a constant focus on service and standards, including a buddy focus to drive memberships or upgrades to Plus.
- Cover operational duties such as GEX classes, gym opening and closing.
- Be accountable for driving sales and member engagement within the club during the first four weeks post‑opening.
- Deputise for the Gym Manager when required.
