Employee Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Understand what motivates each team member, coach and develop your team to enhance their skills and career growth
- Recruit Personal Trainers/Fitness Coaches and proactively find new ways to bring in new talent
- Deliver an excellent member experience in your club through a constant focus on service and standards
- Manage and improve Group Exercise (GEX) offering within the gym
- Report into a Cluster Manager and be part of a talented team of Gym Managers and fitness professionals focused on creating an exceptional member experience and first-class standards
- Manage a team within your own club while building close working relationships with other Gym Managers within your cluster
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous management experience and a passion for fitness and wellbeing
- Someone who embodies our mantra of ‘Feel PureGym good’ in all that they do
- A passion for supporting people to reach their full potential
- Comfortable with managing budgets, financial reporting, and inventory
- A desire to do the right thing
- Driving results with resilience, confidence, and integrity
- A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise
