We are looking for a Facilities Analyst to join our growing Facilities Team! You will be responsible for producing Facilities Management (FM) BI and insights reporting to support BAU and key business cycles (month end, budget setting, reforecasting).
The Role:
- Develop and support a FM dashboard bringing together key data sets to support financial and operational decisions.
- Produce high quality supplier performance and contract adherence analysis to enable high quality supplier management discussions.
- Use asset, condition and work order data to produce recommendations for planned investment projects.
- Analyse FM spend data to identify trends, non-conformance, opportunities and risks.
- Own the administration of the segmented club process.
- Analyse FM data to identify initiatives to improve service and/or reduce FM costs.
- Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to provide rich insight on current and future FM requirements.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of PPM regimes.
- Produce Lifecycle cost reporting to evidence if we are achieving the predicted cost and longevity of assets.
The Person:
- Excellent analytical skills with proven experience in producing regular insights and performance data for supplier management purposes.
- Facilities management knowledge or experience is desirable.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong data and analysis skills.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, able to prepare information packs and present complex information clearly and in summary form.
- Proactive, accountable, hands on, adaptable and able to react quickly to a fast moving, ever-changing environment.
- Be self-motivated and work to strict deadlines.
- Able to work cross-functionally, to bring together all parts of the business to deliver the right outcome for members and PureGym.
