The PureGym Group is a top-10 global gym business with over 730 total sites and 2.5 million members across 6 countries. You will be part of the Group Commercial & Marketing team, driving overall Commercial performance and revenue delivery across the business. In this fast-paced environment, you will provide analysis to support the Revenue Manager and Head of Revenue Management in driving commercial value and be involved in decision-making on commercial strategy.
Your responsibilities will be varied and include:
- - Pricing Decisions: Detailed analysis is required to support our strategy of pricing every PureGym individually. You will build models that drive this analysis, feed into important decision-making on strategy and track the impact of changes that are made.
- - Competitor Tracking & Response: Build a detailed understanding of our competitors to become PureGym's resident expert on the competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to set & execute our competitor response strategy, protecting revenue where we are impacted by competitor action.
- - Commercial Management of High Value Gyms: Support the strategy for commercially managing gyms through new site openings, refurbishments and transfers, and work with other stakeholders to ensure these key moments are a success.
- - Ad-Hoc Strategic Projects: Work on high-impact commercial projects that drive long-term value for the business, such as the pricing architecture used to sell memberships.

- - Delivers precise and accurate analysis, whilst ensuring recommendations are aligned to the broader strategic context Qualifications & Skills >- 1-2 years of experience in a strategic or commercial role
- - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a top-level University
- - Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- - Engages with stakeholders from across the business to collaborate effectively. Compelling storyteller who can turn analysis into key insights & takeaways for decision-making
- - Experience working with different stakeholders across an organisation to deliver Commercial value to team members
