We are actively searching for a CCTV Operator to join to our Central Operations team in Leeds!

The Role

As one of the team\’s CCTV Operators you will support our full estate with monitoring our clubs daily, whilst delivering exceptional customer service to our members. The successful candidate will be joining a very strong and long-standing team with a wealth of knowledge and PureGym experience.

The role of CCTV Operator is a pivotal support role to our Gym teams to ensure all our clubs remain safe at all times.

Please note: Shift patterns will include four shifts on and four shifts off working both days (8am – 8pm) and nights (8pm – 8am).

Key duties will include:

• You will understand & comply with the most up to date legislation that governs CCTV and implement the PureGym CCTV policy.
• To offer first class service to our members you will utlise the PureGym systems and procedures whilst maintaining the highest levels of security and confidentiality.
• It is important that you are willing to take ownership of all enquiries and see them through to completion whilst maintaining a positive company image.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst still motivating others is crucial.

The Person

Successful candidates will require a well-rounded skill set which includes:

• Ability to communicate to colleagues & members in a professional and positive manner
• A sound understanding of IT systems and the ability to follow process
• Has the ability to manage numerous projects whilst remaining calm
• A can-do attitude that recognises the position within the team as a support function
• A true passion for CCTV & supporting functions
• Exceptional time management skills
• A trouble shooter with a solution orientated approach
• Brings the PureGym values to life
