The Role:
This role involves everything from member experience to team development, focusing on:
- Delivering an excellent member experience in the club with a constant focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.
- Supporting the Gym Manager in bringing in new joiners through outreach and community events.
- Team leadership: recruit, develop a talent pipeline, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainers/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive, motivating environment.
- Providing ongoing training/professional development for fitness staff.
- Managing and improving group exercise offering within the gym.
