The Role:

This is a varied role, involved with everything from member experience to team development. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through a constant focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager
  • Support the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners through different activities, including club outreach and community events
  • Recruit, proactively develop a talent pipeline, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors; foster a positive and motivating work environment
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff to enhance their skills and career growth
  • Manage and improve the group exercise (GEX) offering within the gym

Qualifications:

  • Ability to help everyone in the gym team be the best version of themselves
  • Passion for fitness and wellbeing
  • Embodies the “Everybody Welcome” mantra in all that they do
  • Desire to do the right thing, drive results with resilience, confidence and integrity
  • L2 qualification in gym instructing, and experience teaching group exercise
