Are you an experienced sustainability professional looking to make a real impact? A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Sustainability Lead to drive business growth and expand their presence across the European market.
Based in London (Hybrid β 3 days in the office) , this role offers the opportunity to lead strategic business development initiatives, forge key client relationships, and contribute to high-profile sustainability projects.
Key Responsibilities:
β Develop and execute a vision for market growth, enhancing brand awareness across the UK and Europe.
β Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry events and conferences to build a strong network.
β Provide expert guidance on sustainability regulations and international best practices.
β Lead technical deliverables, supervise and mentor team members, and uphold quality assurance standards.

About You:
βοΈ 10+ yearsβ experience in sustainability or a related field.
βοΈ Degree (BEng/MSc) in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Science, or equivalent.
βοΈ Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, TCFD).
βοΈ Experience with ESG qualifications, carbon accounting, and sustainability certifications (LEED AP, BREEAM, etc.).
βοΈ A track record of driving business development and growth.
