I’m currently partnering with a growing specialist sustainability consultancy to find an experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their expanding team. This consultancy works with a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to multinational organisations, public sector bodies and NGOs. They deliver environmental and social sustainability solutions that go beyond compliance and create long-term strategic value.

You will lead sustainability programmes, manage Net Zero delivery and engage directly with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex sustainability and ESG programmes
  • Deliver Net Zero services
  • Conduct climate risk and materiality assessments
  • Develop ESG strategies and implementation frameworks
  • Engage senior stakeholders and build strong client relationships
  • Support business development, bids and proposals
Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience leading sustainability projects (consultancy or in-house)
  • Strong background in audits, gap analysis and reporting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and leading teams
  • Working knowledge of key ESG frameworks and regulations (CSRD, ISSB)
