PureFuel are currently working with a leading ICP delivering a growing pipeline of EV infrastructure projects across the South of England. They are looking to bring in a Site Manager with a strong background in HV connections (11kV) and experience overseeing the delivery of multi-utility or I&C connection works. The company is scaling rapidly off the back of several long-term contracts with major end clients and is now at a point where they need a capable, boots-on-the-ground operator to manage multiple fast-moving sites across the region.

You’ll be overseeing the construction and electrical delivery of ultra-rapid EV charging installations, including substation builds and HV off-site works, often in high-profile, live commercial environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Day-to-day site management across active projects – ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to spec.
  • Coordinating civils and electrical teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring site compliance.
  • Acting as the key interface between the client, delivery teams, and senior leadership.
  • Managing multiple sites at various stages of delivery, from civils through to energisation.
  • Supporting progress reporting and commercial visibility across the projects you’re overseeing.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Strong site experience on 11kV power connections, particularly within EV, commercial I&C, or multi-utility infrastructure.
  • Confident managing contractors and electricians on active sites.
  • Someone who’s come from a DNO, ICP or high-volume utilities contractor environment.
  • Comfortable working on the tools previously or managing people who are – this is a hands-on role.
  • Ideally based within reach of the Home Counties / South Midlands, but flexibility is key as you’ll be covering multiple locations.
