Role: Principal Consultant (EIA)

Location: UK (Flexible on location London preferable)

Are you an experienced EIA professional looking to take the next step in your career? PureFuel are partnered with a leading consultancy specializing in infrastructure, property, and sustainability, to find a talented Principal Consultant for their EIA Property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and deliver high-profile EIA projects across the South of England, working on a range of brownfield and greenfield property developments. If you have a proven track record in EIA project management, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing EIA projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinating technical reviews and overseeing the preparation of Environmental Statements (ES).
• Managing financials, preparing fee proposals, and contributing to business development efforts.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of consulting experience with strong client-facing skills.
• Proven experience managing large urban regeneration and property development projects.
• In-depth knowledge of EIA processes and local authority frameworks.
• Excellent project management, report writing, and communication skills.
• Experience in team management and professional development.
