I am working with a UK wide hospitality business, whose purpose is to create a positive impact for their guests, teams, and the planet.

They're looking for a Sustainability Manager, to accelerate and embed sustainability across the business.

Responsabilities:

• Lead sustainability and responsible sourcing projects, ensuring strategic goals are met
• Collaborate closely with restaurant teams and central functions to design, implement, and embed sustainable practices.
• Partner with external suppliers and specialist organisations on impact-driven initiatives
• Measure, track, and report on environmental performance across areas such as energy, waste, water, and supply chain
• Bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo, and educate stakeholders on sustainability opportunities and best practice

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in sustainability management
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to turn strategy into practical, measurable outcomes
• A genuine passion for creating positive environmental and social impact
