HSE Compliance Manager

I have recently teamed up with a specialist in housing development and construction.
This diverse team have recently started their search for a HSE Compliance Manager. You will ensure that the company is consistently meeting high-quality standards, complying with regulations, and improving its internal systems.
You are the go-to person for anything related to ISO standards, audits, and internal processes.
Responsabilities:
- Perform internal audits aligned with various ISO standards
- Oversee and ensure timely resolution of non-conformance reports.
- Coordinate with external certification and compliance organizations.
- Conduct regular visits to operational sites, offices, and facilities as needed.
- Assist in the continuous development and upkeep of management systems and organizational policies.
- Maintain compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
Experience:
- Strong experience in a similar role/industry
- Experience across health, safety, quality, environment and sustainability
- Skilled in designing and implementing internal policies
- Contributed to behavioural change initiatives related to HSEQ and sustainability
- Experience managing quality assurance and regulatory compliance systems
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with integrated management systems
