Head of Social Sustainability
Are you ready to take your career in construction to the next level? I am working with a market leading construction company who have started their search for a Head of Social Sustainability.
You will take lead of a team of Social Sustainability managers and directors. You will be a big influence in strategic development, performance processes and systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of the social side of the companies sustainability strategy
- Build strong relationships and advise clients
- Monitor business performance in Social Sustainability
- Assist work winning and tender activities
- Drive social sustainability principles
- Direct work with external partners
Experience:
- Experience in social sustainability, social value, social impact
- Strong communication skills
- Experience creating relationships and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in executing strategy
