I’m supporting a leading ESG and Sustainability data provider in hiring a Head of Business Development to lead their commercial and marketing teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven commercial leader to shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with top-tier financial institutions across the UK and EMEA. This role sits at the intersection of sustainability, data, and finance, offering the chance to make a tangible impact on how investors integrate ESG into their portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and inspiring high-performing Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Defining and executing a commercial strategy across the UK & EMEA
  • Managing revenue budgets and delivering strong financial performance
  • Strengthening relationships with leading Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, and Banks
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Experience:

  • 15+ years in Client Relationship Management / Business Development
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and deliver commercial growth
  • Strong track record across UK and EMEA markets
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
  • Established network of senior-level contacts in the financial sector
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Italian a plus)
