Join our growing team as a SOC Analyst (Level 2) and play a vital role in protecting our clients. This is a full-time, shift rotation, hybrid role based in our Cardiff office.
As a Level 2 SOC Analyst, you will be central to maximising the position of the SOC as a service provider to our clients, and our overall reputation as a leading provider of Cyber Security services. You will provide in-depth analysis of alerts as identified and escalated by Level 1 SOC analysts and take full ownership of the security incident management process, including:
- Customer notification
- Severity-based prioritisation
- Investigation
- Customer updates
- Identification of remedial actions
- Reporting and closure
