Working in a leading international investor, the senior manager will provide essential tax support to investment and asset management teams across the USA, Colombia, and Europe (including the UK). It\âs a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted partner, working closely with colleagues to drive the success of global infrastructure projects.
This is a 6 month FTC, to provide cover to the team before the incoming permanent senior manager starts in the new year. The team is based in Central London, and work hybrid, 3 days per week in the office.
The Senior Manager will:
Advise bidding teams across the USA, LATAM, and Europe on tax matters, reviewing structures, financial models, and external input to ensure risks are identified, communicated, and effectively managed.
Work alongside local finance and asset teams to oversee compliance and manage tax exposure, including disposals, audits, enquiries, and refinancing activities.
Oversee and update the organisation\âs transfer pricing master file
Contribute to major projects addressing regional and crossâborder tax challenges.
Deliver technical papers and inâdepth tax analysis when required.
Build strong working relationships across functions and with key partners.
Keep abreast of tax law developments to safeguard compliance
The desired experience:
Strong tax expertise with international experience (ideally USA and Europe).
Skilled communicator with analytical, problemâsolving approach to technical issues.
Effective planner with excellent time management and organisation.
Proven ability to apply tax knowledge across scenarios, including structuring and due diligence.
Collaborative team player, able to work across wider groups.
Qualified Tax Accountant (CTA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) with corporate tax experience.
Clear communicator of complex tax concepts to nonâspecialists.
Strong analytical skills to identify issues and deliver practical solutions.
