The role requires someone who can work autonomously across all areas of tax. Lead corporate tax compliance and reporting across multiple international jurisdictions, overseeing filing obligations and identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, consistency, and automation. Manage tax provisioning under IAS 12, ensuring appropriate accounting treatment, robust controls, and alignment with relevant reporting requirements. Oversee indirect tax compliance, including VAT, and coordinate statutory submissions to maintain accurate reporting and adherence to applicable regulations. Support tax strategy and planning, assess the tax implications of significant business decisions, and advise on transactions, acquisitions, and restructuring activities. Coordinate tax authority engagements, audits, and technical queries while monitoring legislative developments and translating regulatory changes into practical guidance. Drive improvements in tax processes, technology, and reporting; oversee transfer pricing documentation and work with relevant stakeholders to maintain compliance across jurisdictions. Work closely with the wider tax function and reporting directly to the Head of Tax.
