Interim Indirect Tax Manager

I am working with an international investment manager, who are looking for an interim indirect tax manager to join the team for 3 months, to manage the company’s indirect tax advisory.

The manager will be responsible for:

1. Providing indirect tax support to the business, advising on new business proposals, projects, and organisational changes.
2. Managing queries from HMRC and other tax authorities on all indirect tax related issues.
3. Ensuring any changes in legislation are incorporated into the business and relevant stakeholders advised.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Strong VAT knowledge, with experience providing indirect tax advice to commercial stakeholders.
2. Previous experience of working in a partially exempt business; experience in the financial services industry is desirable.
3. Ability to work autonomously.
