Were seeking ahighly organisedanddetail-drivenFood Production Managerto lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate willchampion compliance,drive efficiency, andmaintain unwavering quality standards.

What Youll Do

• Oversee allfood production activities, ensuring daily output meets ourhigh-quality and safety benchmarks.

• Enforce strict compliance withSALSA standards,HACCP,COSHH, andhealth & safety regulations.

• Implement and maintaindetailed documentation?? and clearStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team ?? to upholdstructure,accountability, andattention to detail.

• Manage and refineproduction schedules??? to meet bothretail and wholesaledemands.

• Monitorinventory, coordinatepurchasing, and minimisewastethrough effectivestock control.

• Identify and resolveoperational issues quicklyto ensure smooth and safe kitchen operations.

• Promote a culture ofcontinuous improvementandfood safety excellence.

What Youll Bring

• At least3 years of experienceinfood production managementor leading acentral kitchen.

• Experience working in aSALSAorBRC-accreditedenvironment (preferred).

• Exceptional organisationandplanning skillswith strong documentation practices.

• In-depth knowledge offood safety regulationsandsafe production processes

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and uphold high team standards.

• Confidence inmaking decisions under pressurein a high-volume production setting.

• A commitment toquality,consistency, andregulatory compliance
