Opportunity to Join a Growing Service Team

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding Managed Print Solutions provider, seeking an experienced Photocopier / MFD Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Stratford-upon-Avon / Leamington Spa / Birmingham region. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused engineer who enjoys working independently, managing their own schedule, and delivering high-quality technical support across a varied client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, maintenance and repair of photocopiers, printers and multifunction devices
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and networking issues
  • Completing preventative maintenance visits and device health checks
  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support
  • Managing parts stock and ensuring service targets are met

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Photocopier / Printer / MFD Service Engineer
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with manufacturers such as Konica Minolta, Sharp, Ricoh, Kyocera, Canon, Xerox or HP (advantageous)
  • Good understanding of networking, connectivity and print management solutions
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant technical certifications or manufacturer training beneficial
