We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide high-quality technical support across a range of Production Print products. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, minimising downtime, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience. We are open to those from Photocopier / MFD backgrounds too that would be open to upskilling.
The Role
- Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment.
- Carrying out installations and de-installations, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience.
- Escalating technical issues promptly.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services or revenue while on customer sites.
- Building strong customer relationships.
- Managing and maintaining vehicle stock.
The Candidate
- Strong technical knowledge of Production Print and/or MFD devices.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions.
- IT literacy and basic networking capabilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willing to cover weekend and night rota - 1 in 4 / 1 - 6.
