Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

We are a well-established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration specialist delivering service, maintenance and repair solutions across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team covering Northamptonshire and the surrounding region.

The Role

This is primarily an Air Conditioning Service Engineer position, with approximately 90% of your work focused on air conditioning systems and a small amount of refrigeration work.

You will be carrying out:

  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Service and reactive breakdowns
  • Fault finding and repairs
  • System diagnostics and performance checks
  • Occasional refrigeration service work

You'll work across a varied customer base including:

  • Commercial offices
  • Manufacturing facilities
  • Warehouses
  • Retail environments
  • Industrial sites

What We're Looking For

  • F-Gas Category 1 Certification
  • Experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
  • Experience with manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Toshiba, LG or Fujitsu would be advantageous.
