The Role
We are a well-established building services contractor based in East Anglia with a team of Gas & Air Conditioning Engineers. Our contracts range from Domestic, Schools, Offices and Pubs.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial, Domestic Gas and Plumbing Engineer. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and repair of commercial gas and plumbing systems across a range of sites throughout Lincolnshire and, on occasion, further afield in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance on commercial gas and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults on boilers, heating systems, and associated pipework.
- Undertake reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) tasks in commercial environments.
- Ensure all works comply with Gas Safe, Health & Safety, and environmental regulations.
- Work effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure high service standards and efficient delivery.
- Complete all required job documentation accurately and promptly.
Requirements
Essential:
- Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, etc.)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working in commercial premises (e.g., schools, offices, hospitals, industrial sites)
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Desirable:
- Experience with HVAC, pipefitting, and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of electrical or controls systems
- CSCS card or relevant safety certifications
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: 40 hours per week (overtime and out-of-hours work available)
- Travel: Paid door to door at single time
- On-call: None
- Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays (rising to 25 days with service)
- Vehicle: Company van (with some private use permitted)
- Pension: 3% company contribution

Location
