We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK, based out of Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised professional who can manage both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, while acting as the primary point of contact for clients. The role offers a mix of office‑based coordination and occasional site visits across the UK to maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery
  • Act as the first point of contact for all client queries and escalations
  • Oversee and coordinate PPM schedules and reactive maintenance works
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage subcontractors and service providers
  • Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Conduct site visits across the UK as required (occasional travel, not weekly)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Experience managing multiple sites or a client portfolio
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
