Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

£45,000 + Overtime + Standby (c£2.5k) – Gloucester / Cheltenham / Hereford – Door-to‑Door Paid.

The Role

This is a 50/50 split between air conditioning and refrigeration work, offering a great mix of service, maintenance, and reactive repairs.

  • Servicing and maintaining AC systems (splits, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs)
  • Working on commercial refrigeration systems (packs, cold rooms, cabinets)
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Supporting clients across leisure, hospitality, and retail sites
  • Participating in a standby rota (paid)
