Fire and Security Field Service Engineer - Essex in Chelmsford

Fire & Security Engineer - Essex Region We are recruiting for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join a rapidly expanding team supporting major supermarket and retail clients across the Essex region. This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer with Fire & Security experience who wants to develop further within a stable, well‑structured national contract. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned, reactive and statutory maintenance across Fire & Security systems in line with customer KPIs (response, repair, first‑fix, closure). Complete all PPM tasks within agreed timescales, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures. Deliver maintenance and repairs on CCTV (IP & analogue) and Fire Alarm systems across supermarket sites. Respond promptly to Helpdesk service calls during normal working hours and participate in the on‑call rota. Identify non‑repairable faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
