We are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established and growing business covering the Midlands region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a varied role working across a wide range of contracts and equipment.
The Role: You will be responsible for service, maintenance, and repair across a portfolio of commercial and light industrial sites throughout Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, and Northampton.
Equipment Covered:
- Packaged refrigeration (PAC systems)
- COâ‚‚ refrigeration systems
- Small distributed systems
What’s on Offer:
- £44,000 basic salary (40-hour week)
- Door-to-door travel pay
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- On-call rota (1 in 5) with £175 standby payment
- Company van & fuel card

Requirements:
