Working hours
Monday – Thursday 7am – 6pm & Friday 6am - 1pm (weekly pay)
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with technical drawings, regulations, and safety standards.
- Work on containment systems, cable installations, terminations, and panel wiring.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and provide effective solutions.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and other trades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and report any issues to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- JIB Gold Card (preferred).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
- C&G 2391 or equivalent qualification in Testing & Inspection (desirable).
- Experience working on large-scale construction or industrial projects, ideally within the nuclear or energy sector.
- Knowledge of working under stringent safety regulations and procedures.
