ROLE - Walking role - Photocopiers / Print / MFD / laptops / tablets

LOCATION - Inner M25 / London

We're recruiting for a customer-facing FSE to support high-end print and IT Hardware / Laptop devices across multiple client sites around the London region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected service team, delivering expert maintenance, fault diagnosis, and installations in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend service calls to diagnose and repair faults on MFDs / IT hardware
  • Perform effective maintenance through cleaning, adjustments, and part replacements
  • Carry out routine preventative servicing
  • Escalate complex issues promptly and collaborate with technical colleagues when needed
  • Install new equipment and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
