We are an international facilities management company established in the UK for over 30 years with offices across the world. We currently turnover 2 billion per year in the UK alone and employ around 9,000 employees across England, Scotland and Wales, maintaining long-standing relationships with our clients.
We offer reactive callout services and planned maintenance tailored to meet specific needs, primarily for retailers and council buildings. We are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to work mainly across our retail sites. Flexibility is required as one of our clients requests PPM work to be carried out during the night. We aim to keep our engineers 1.5 – 2 hours away from home each day.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance, repair and breakdown of all commercial heating equipment including forced draught burners
- Field based meeting clients – Customer facing position
- Domestic and commercial gas qualifications (CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, COCN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1, CoNGLP1PD)
- Oftec, LPG or FGAS Qualification would also be an advantage
- Full Driver’s Licence
- Basic Salary up to £44,000 salary to be reviewed at end of the year
- 7.30-4.30pm with travel and lunch included
- Travel paid after 30mins each way
- On call rota 1 in 7 (£125 standby) – minimum 4 hours paid
