This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Photocopier / MFD Engineer or a semi‑skilled engineer from an EPOS, ATM, IT hardware or similar electro‑mechanical background to step into a supportive, structured environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem‑solving, customer interaction, and working as part of a high‑performing on‑site support team.

About the Role

Working on‑site, you'll provide hands‑on support across a range of print and document technologies. You'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, completing repairs, carrying out routine maintenance, and ensuring equipment uptime for a key client location. You'll work closely with the wider engineering and service teams to maintain a high standard of service delivery and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical faults on MFDs / photocopiers
  • Support basic fault‑finding across print and IT‑connected devices
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and component replacements
  • Assist with equipment configuration and installations
  • Work within agreed SLAs and maintain accurate service call logs
  • Report recurring issues to support proactive resolution
  • Maintain site stock levels and ensure parts are used efficiently
  • Build strong working relationships with on‑site users and support teams
  • Attend manufacturer or in‑house training to maintain technical proficiency
