We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide high‑quality technical support across a range of Production Print products. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, minimising downtime, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience. We are open to those from Photocopier / MFD backgrounds who would be open to upskilling.
Responsibilities
- Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment
- Carrying out installations and de‑installations, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently
- Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience
- Escalating technical issues promptly
- Identifying opportunities for additional services or revenue while on customer sites
- Building strong customer relationships
- Managing and maintaining vehicle stock
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of Production Print and/or MFD devices
- Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions
- IT literacy and basic networking capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to cover weekend and night rota – 1 in 4 / 1 – 6
