Location
Leicester – covering East/West Midlands and down to Northampton
Salary & Benefits
- up to £44,000
- 40-hour week (7:30am – 4:30pm)
- Van and fuel card provided

- 1 in 7 on call rota - £140 standby and minimum 4 hours paid for call out

The Role
- Maintenance, repair, and breakdown of air conditioning systems, including air handling units and DX cooling equipment (more industrial than VRV/VRF systems)
- Diagnosing and resolving hot and cold issues through BMS adjustments
- Carrying out reactive repairs on air conditioning systems and infrastructure
- Customer‑facing role with site visits
Required Qualifications & Experience
- FGAS certification
- NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Full UK driving licence
