A leading Facilities Management company is looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their growing team working across care homes and pub chains throughout the region. The Role
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and repairs across a portfolio of care homes and pub chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and repairing commercial and domestic gas appliances
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive breakdown response and fault finding
- Working across care homes and hospitality sites
- Ensuring all work complies with current gas safety regulations
- Completing paperwork and reports accurately
- Providing excellent customer service on client sites
Package & Benefits
- £23 per hour up to 40 hours, £34.50 over 50 hours
- 40-hour contracted week
- All door-to-door travel paid on top
- Any Bank Holidays and Sundays paid at double time £46 per hour
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Regional work kept within approximately 1.5 hours from home
- Optional personal mileage scheme available

Requirements
- ACS Commercial & Domestic Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CODNCO1, CIGA1
- Experience within Facilities Management preferred
- Experience working within commercial environments such as care homes, hospitality, or retail
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
