Location: Chester

Salary: up to £44,000 per annum, 40‑hour week, 34 days holiday, travel paid after 30 minutes each way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, repair and breakdown of all commercial heating equipment, including forced draught burners.
  • Field based meetings with clients – customer facing position.
  • Flexibility to work nighttime PPM work as required.
  • Travel within 1.5–2 hours of home each day.

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

  • Commercial gas qualifications: Commercial CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, COCN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1, CoNGLP1PD.
  • OFTEC, LPG or FGAS qualification also an advantage.
  • Riello training advantageous.
  • Full driver's licence.
  • Experience in retail and council building contracts (desired).

Package:

  • Basic salary up to £44,000 reviewed at year end.
  • Hours 7:30‑4:30pm with travel and lunch included.
  • On‑call rota one in seven (£125 standby, minimum 4 h paid).
  • Overtime rates paid.
  • 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
