Air Conditioning Installation Engineer looking for a role that offers excellent earning potential, paid travel from your front door, and a great work-life balance with no on-call rota ? We are recruiting for a skilled
Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join an established and growing HVAC business based in
Uxbridge , covering projects across the South East. You'll work on a wide variety of commercial sites including colleges, housing associations, educational facilities, and other large commercial contracts . Although the role is based in Uxbridge, projects regularly cover areas including
Kent, High Wycombe, Bristol , and surrounding counties, with only very occasional work in Central London. All travel is paid door-to-door , ensuring you're rewarded for every hour you're on the road.
The Role
- As an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Installing a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems.
- Working with split systems, multi-splits, VRV and VRF equipment.
- Carrying out installations to a high technical standard.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation specifications.
- Commissioning newly installed systems where required.
- Working independently and as part of a team on larger projects.
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards on site.
- Providing a professional service to customers across a range of commercial environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an
Air Conditioning Installation Engineer .
- Strong installation experience within commercial air conditioning.
- Valid F-Gas qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload.
Desirable (not essential)
- Strong technical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience carrying out service and breakdown work alongside installations.
