Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

Everpure is looking for an experienced Workplace Investigator to join our fast-paced Global Employee Relations team. You'll be the subject matter expert on high-risk employee matters: an objective investigator and the trusted escalation point for complex cases. You'll own EMEA cases hands-on and advise on APJ. You'll work closely with HR, Legal and business leaders to deliver fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes across many jurisdictions. If you want real ownership, strategic influence and the chance to shape how a global ER function scales, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the full investigation lifecycle for EMEA allegations, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and policy violations. This covers structured witness interviews, evidence analysis, and legally defensible reports and executive summaries.
  • Keep investigations procedurally sound by aligning them with local statutory requirements (e.g., the ACAS Code of Practice in the UK) and global standards. Act as the final word on investigative methodology to ensure consistency and minimize bias.
  • Partner with Employment Counsel to assess the legal and reputational risk of findings, and turn outcomes into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Advise managers and HR Business Partners across EMEA and APJ on sensitive ER issues, including disciplinary actions, written warnings, grievances, and regional legal and cultural considerations.
  • Support restructures, job eliminations and involuntary exits in EMEA, ensuring compliance with local consultation requirements. Engage with works councils and employee representative bodies in partnership with Legal and HR, and give advisory support on similar activity in APJ.
  • Analyze ER trends across EMEA and APJ monthly and quarterly to identify systemic risks. Use what you find to shape remediation strategies, policy improvements and manager training.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation in the case management system. Standardize investigation templates, interview protocols and evidence-gathering procedures.
  • Stay current on employment law, regulatory developments and ER best practice across EMEA, with working knowledge of APJ, and contribute to ER projects that support regional growth and transformation.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 6+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in employee relations, workplace investigations or employment law within a fast-paced, global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong practical knowledge of employment and labor laws across EMEA, with a proven track record of independently managing complex ER cases across multiple European jurisdictions.
  • Expertise in workplace investigations, conflict resolution and sensitive employee matters. You can diagnose root causes and interpret ambiguous, multi-sided situations with balanced judgment.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to advise, build trust with and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience drafting formal investigation reports, executive summaries and policy materials.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of complex matters at once using ER case management systems, with a high standard of detail, discretion and confidentiality.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business or Law, plus relevant HR or legal certifications, is preferred.
  • Nice to have: experience in technology or a high-growth commercial environment, and investigative work in the UK, Ireland or the Czech Republic.
  • Nice to have: experience with works councils, collective consultation and restructures, and with formal disciplinary and grievance processes, LOA and disability accommodation cases. Advisory experience supporting APJ stakeholders is also a plus.

  • Innovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers.
  • Growth: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful. We have been named Fortune's Best Workplaces in Technology, Fortune's Best Workplaces in the Bay Area, and certified as a Great Place to Work!
