This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to build teams, coach managers and reps, and create predictable pipeline in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Channel. You will lead a team of approximately 25 SDRs and help shape the strategy, execution, and development model for one of the most critical pipeline engines in the business. You will be expected to raise performance, build a culture of accountability and coaching, and continue developing a strong internal talent bench through clear recruiting, onboarding, enablement, and promotion pathways.
What You'll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop the EMEA SDR organization, with accountability for team performance, culture, and pipeline creation.
- Drive new customer acquisition by building and executing an SDR strategy that consistently delivers high-quality new logo pipeline.
- Partner closely with regional Sales leaders, Marketing, Channel, and Operations to align territory priorities, campaign execution, and conversion outcomes.
- Establish clear operating rhythms around activity, pipeline creation, conversion, forecast visibility, and talent development.
- Build a coaching-first environment that raises the bar on execution, inspection, and manager effectiveness.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional SDR talent and frontline leaders.
- Strengthen a formal development path that enables top performers to grow into closing, leadership, and other commercial roles.
- Use data to identify performance trends, improve productivity, and scale what works across the region.
- Lead performance management with clarity, consistency, and high standards.
- Serve as a visible culture carrier who attracts strong talent and creates followership across the team.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
Success Looks Like
- The EMEA SDR team continues to be a meaningful engine for new logo growth.
- Team productivity remains among the best in class, with strong pipeline creation and consistent overachievement.
- High performers are coached, promoted, and retained through a structured development model.
- Frontline leaders become stronger coaches and operators.
- Cross-functional partners see the SDR organization as disciplined, proactive, and commercially impactful.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of SDR leadership experience at Manager or Director level, ideally in a high-growth B2B technology environment.
- Proven success leading sizeable SDR teams and building high-performance cultures focused on net-new logo creation.
- Strong coaching capability; you know how to raise individual, manager, and team performance through disciplined inspection and development.
- High emotional intelligence and executive presence, with the right balance of energy, credibility, and effectiveness.
- Ability to attract talent and build followership through strong communication, judgement, and leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive decisions, identify root causes, and improve output.
- Evidence of consistent overachievement, strong talent judgment, and durable impact across previous roles.
- A growth mindset and genuine coachability; you are still learning, still building, and eager to grow inside a world-class brand.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Recruiting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
