Pure Storage, with 15 years of simplifying data storage, seeks a collaborative, results-oriented engineering director to grow a new cloud storage product. You will lead and inspire multiple engineering teams in Prague, fostering innovation and excellence. Our cloud offerings blend mature storage engines with cutting-edge cloud components, requiring a leader with a big-picture view—customer economics, vendor ecosystems, and company strategy—plus a deep understanding of enterprise workloads. You will champion collaboration, partnering with Product Management to refine business cases and working with engineering teams to navigate complex technical challenges. Lead and mentor multiple engineering managers and teams to deliver new cloud products. Cultivate an engineering culture emphasizing quality, open communication, and teamwork.
