THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Business Partner to join Everpure in the UK or Czech Republic, a fast‑paced, exciting, and genuinely great place to work where no two days are the same. This is an opportunity to join a thriving company and play a key role in supporting managers, HRBPs, and leaders on complex employee relations matters across a dynamic, high‑growth environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong EMEA Employee Relations experience, sound employment law knowledge, excellent investigation skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidence, discretion, and balanced judgment. You will manage complex ER cases across multiple jurisdictions, conduct fair and thorough reviews, advise on risk, and help leaders navigate people matters in a way that is practical, consistent, and commercially sound. We are looking for someone who is energized by variety, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, and excited by the opportunity to learn and grow in a role that offers both challenge and impact. Everpure is the kind of company where you can build, influence, and develop, all while being part of a smart, collaborative, and forward‑thinking team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end workplace investigations, including witness interviews, fact‑finding, documentation review, and outcome recommendations, ensuring matters are handled promptly, fairly, and consistently.
- Apply a strong understanding of ER case methodology in day‑to‑day management, including case intake, risk assessment, and case closure, while maintaining accurate and timely updates in the case management tool.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail by maintaining accurate documentation and producing clear, thorough, and defensible written reports.
- Manage multiple complex cases and changing demands with resilience and balanced, unbiased judgment.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers, HRBPs, and business leaders on employee relations matters.
- Assess risk and recommend appropriate actions in line with company policy, employment law, and industry best practices.
- Identify themes and trends using metrics and data analytics; provide recommendations to improve manager capability, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ER processes, policies, templates, and guidance materials.
- Deliver coaching and training to managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Support change initiatives and organizational decisions where ER expertise is required.
We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines, UK or Prague, CZ office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
What You Bring
- Years of dedicated Employee Relations / Workplace Investigation experience in fast‑paced, matrixed, and international (EMEA‑focused) organisations.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law and ER best practices, with a track record of independently managing complex, multi‑jurisdictional cases from intake to resolution.
- Advanced investigation skills, including structured interviewing, note‑taking, evidence assessment, and clear, well‑reasoned report and outcome writing.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence, working closely with senior leaders, HR, Legal, works councils, and other employee representative bodies.
- Confident decision‑making, balancing legal, reputational, and people considerations to reach practical, well‑justified outcomes.
- Insight‑ and data‑led approach, using case trends to drive prevention, manager education, and broader ER strategy.
- Resilience and adaptability, comfortable with ambiguity, sensitive matters, and competing priorities in high‑growth, evolving environments.
- Strategic ER mindset, able to move beyond case management to design and embed proactive ER practices across international/EMEA populations.
- Professional HR/ER accreditation, such as CIPD or an equivalent certification.
