We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

The Cloud Native Architect (CNA) is a senior technical leader within the organization. The role owns the technical sales strategy, evaluation approach, and architectural direction for a focused set of the company's largest and most complex customers. Operating at the intersection of cloud native platforms, business outcomes, and executive decision making, the CNA guides customers through discovery, validation, and financial justification. Each engagement is expected to result in a clear technical win and a credible path to company wide adoption, positioning Everpure's product portfolio as a standard platform for cloud native data management. This is a senior individual contributor role within pre-sales, centered on influence, quality of execution, and long-term outcomes rather than transactional activity.

What You Will Do

  • The role leads the full cloud native technical sales lifecycle for opportunities, spanning discovery, architectural alignment, workshops, demonstrations, POC or POV execution, and technical wrap-up. Ownership includes defining success criteria, guiding validation, and securing the technical decision.
  • Architectural responsibility centers on Kubernetes-centric data platforms that span multiple environments, business units, and regions. Solutions are designed in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical design, operational reality, and business objectives.
  • As the primary technical advisor, the CNA engages senior engineering leaders and executives through briefings, architecture workshops, and steering discussions. Close partnership with account teams and co-sellers ensures technical strategy and commercial goals remain aligned.
  • The role also contributes beyond individual opportunities by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and participating in thought leadership through customer forums, community events, and industry engagements.

What Success Looks Like

  • Success is reflected in consistent technical wins within complex enterprise opportunities that convert into booked revenue and sustained customer momentum.
  • Technical sales cycles progress with clarity and pace, supported by strong discovery, well-defined success criteria, and disciplined validation. Customers view the CNA as a trusted technical partner rather than a transactional pre-sales resource.
  • Over time, the role contributes to deeper penetration and broader adoption within accounts, expanding footprint and strengthening long‑term relationships.

What We Need From You

  • The ideal candidate brings senior-level experience in customer-facing technical roles within software or platform organizations, with strong exposure to cloud native and Kubernetes based architectures.
  • Comfort operating at high/enterprise level is essential, along with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business and financial value. Experience navigating long-cycle, multi‑stakeholder enterprise opportunities is expected.
  • Strong architectural judgment, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams are critical to success.

Why This Role

This is a high trust, high impact role with visibility across the company's key customers and initiatives. The scope is intentionally focused, enabling deep engagement where technical leadership materially influences outcomes. For architects who want to operate at enterprise scale, shape platform adoption, and play a meaningful role in how modern data platforms are delivered, this position offers both challenge and impact.
