PURPOSE: The Engagement Manager leads complex customer engagements with clarity, structure, and strategic insight. This role owns proposal and bid workstreams, coordinates cross‑functional contributors, and ensures high‑quality, competitive responses to customer needs. Through disciplined discovery, strategic framing, and strong documentation practices, the Engagement Manager drives alignment across stakeholders, mitigates risks early, and maintains consistent progress toward shared outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Proposal Leadership & Quality Execution: Owns proposal workstreams and elevates overall quality and consistency across contributors. Improves turnaround times through effective coordination, structured workflows, and clear communication. Ensures all deliverables are cohesive, accurate, and aligned to customer expectations.
