THE ROLE
As the Programme Coordinator, you are the operational engine of the Global Value Management (GVM) team, ensuring our high-impact sales initiatives move from strategy to seamless execution. You will bridge the gap between sales leadership and cross-functional partners to drive consistency in how we deliver value to our global customers. By owning the logistical and administrative backbone of our programs, you empower the GVM team to scale efficiently and hit critical milestones that directly influence our global sales success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive End-to-End Workshop Execution: Own the lifecycle of remote sales workshops, from complex stakeholder scheduling and material preparation to capturing post-session actions that ensure deal momentum for our account teams.
- Operationalize Customer Research: Execute customer research using established frameworks, delivering structured, high-quality data that serves as the foundation for GVM workshops and broader strategic programs.
- Lead Performance Reporting & Communication: Produce monthly executive-level reports and maintain the enterprise-wide GVM stakeholder map to ensure clear visibility and alignment on priorities across senior leadership.
- Streamline Team Logistics & Enablement: Manage consolidated planning and logistics for internal GVM events and sales-facing initiatives, ensuring all dependencies and milestones are tracked and met with precision.
- Standardize Global Value Delivery: Implement and refine administrative processes that increase the predictability and efficiency of GVM programs across the global organization.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Operational Orchestration: Proven ability to coordinate complex programs, manage multiple timelines, and drive stakeholder follow-through in a fast-paced, cross-functional, or sales-facing environment.
- Precision & Proactivity: High attention to detail with the ability to turn vague tasks into structured results, acting as a self-starter who anticipates logistical needs before they arise.
- Strategic Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft structured updates for senior stakeholders and navigate professional interactions with global sales leadership.
- Digital Fluency: Mastery of collaborative tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) to create impactful presentations, manage complex spreadsheets, and facilitate virtual collaboration.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines and/or London office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
OUR COMMITMENT TO A STRONG AND INCLUSIVE TEAM: We’re forging a future where everyone finds their rightful place and where every voice matters. Where uniqueness isn’t just accepted but embraced.
