Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

�� Full-Time | Permanent
�� $75K–$80K + Profit Share + OT + Shift Premiums
�� 12-Hour Rotating Continental Shifts
We are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing team in London, ON.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned production shift
- Direct and support shop floor personnel
- Record machine reliability hourly
- Reassign machine operators during machine breakdowns
- Perform inventory duties and review with management
- Review PM reports and take corrective action as required
- Order spare parts and maintain critical spares inventory
- Conduct monthly Tool Box Talks with employees
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
- Address production and operational issues with management
- Train new employees and assist with corrective actions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Union environment experience is considered an asset
- Aluminum or heavy manufacturing experience is an asset
- Knowledge of rebar manufacturing equipment is an asset
