Responsibilities

• Ability to analyse stock, sales and forecast data to support purchasing decisions.
• Help manage the European supply chains, including demand forecasting and purchasing.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders in line with business requirements.
• Grow and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Provide cover for transport and repack operations when required.
• Produce and communicate transport issue reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve and manage day-to-day transport issues to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Process and administer credit notes in line with company procedures.
• Produce and communicate credit note reports to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate and process sample orders. Support the planning of retail promotional activities when required.
• Assist the Customer Services team when required, including order processing and order verification.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities reasonably required to support the wider business operations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Supply Chain, or similar operations role.
• Knowledge of Hubspot CRM.

This is a permanent role office based Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm (hour lunch).
