This is a temporary agency vacancy offering ongoing work with no fixed end date.
Since 2020, we have supported this client with reliable warehouse operatives, helping over 100 workers secure permanent positions – including 21 last year alone.
While permanent roles cannot be guaranteed, this position offers consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience, with potential permanent opportunities for high-performing operatives.

Your Role as a Warehouse Operative
- Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Carrying out quality and quantity checks
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months' warehouse operative or logistics experience
- Good level of physical fitness, with some manual lifting involved
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Monday to Friday shifts only
- Holiday entitlement that increases with length of service
